I mentioned in an
earlier post that we would be learning how to make salsa soon, and last week we did.

Pealing the tomatoes.

Waiting inside for the tomatoes to be peeled and the next process to begin.

After making the salsa and cooking it. The salsa is put into the jars.

Getting the lids out of the water.

and putting them into the water.
